Your wedding is the masterpiece of your love story, and we'll be there for you to help paint it.
Through the following wedding short films, we offer a glimpse into our wedding planning work, showcasing the diverse range of weddings we create. Our work truly embodies the belief that nothing is impossible for us. We can turn any wedding vision into reality. Draw inspiration from the stories and films below. Your masterpiece could be just like these...
Fanni & Márk (Kiscelli Múzeum) magyar elegáns, trendi esküvő
Fanni and Mark asked me to help them further organise their wedding 1 month before their wedding, and they would prefer to hand over the coordination of the day to an experienced wedding planner.
Many engaged couples start out on their own with wedding planning tasks and waste a lot of time and energy on tasks they have little or no experience in. They are relieved of unnecessary stress, as they have to deal with themselves, their guests and their requests until the wedding day and live the event 100%.
In the end, Fanni and Mark enjoyed their big day happily and I handled all the organising, negotiating and coordinating behind the scenes for them seamlessly.
The wedding turned out to be a really trendy and elegant wedding, with extravagant decor, lights, music, which Fanni & Márk dreamed to themselves.
Thank you again for your trust!
Annamari & Haldun (Marriott Hotel) magyar – török esküvő
Haldun, of Turkish origin but living in the Netherlands, met his love Annamari in Amsterdam, where she was living and working.
Haldun, of Turkish origin but living in the Netherlands, met his love Annamari in Amsterdam, where she was living and working.
For their wedding, they chose a truly elegant venue, the Marriott Hotel, the perfect venue for international weddings.
The magnificent panorama, with Buda Castle in the background, looked fantastic even in the overcast September weather.
As a wedding planner, it was a challenge for me to decide whether or not to keep the outdoor ceremony, as all the existing weather forecasts were promising rain. In the end, 30 minutes before the ceremony, the couple decided to go ahead with the outdoor ceremony, so we had the civil ceremony venue built for them in a flash. The ceremony didn't get rained out after all
We had a truly special wedding experience, with eye-catching decor, fantastic music and food, Turkish - Hungarian friendship and love.
I wish Annamari & Haldun lots of happiness!

Preksha & Gergő (Normafa Rendezvényház) indiai – magyar esküvő
This small Indian-Hungarian wedding took place in 2 months, which was made more difficult by the need to obtain an entry visa for the Indian bride and guests. In the end, at the last minute, we were able to hold the wedding with almost the full number of guests. The Star Wars enthusiast family would not have missed the importation of the ring by R2DT2, which was a real curiosity and of course a surprise for the couple and their guests. Authentic Indian food, music, a true Indian atmosphere, a PERFECT day on a gloomy November day that was heart-warming for all.

Anna & Christian – (Főőrség Lovarda, Budai Vár) magyar – namíbiai esküvő
This short film is a true representation of what it is like when 220 guests celebrate Anna & Christian's wedding with enthusiasm and genuine joy. Two wonderful people who lived 12,193 km apart just a few years ago, Anna in Hungary and Christian in Namibia.
It's almost unbelievable how Namibia, the world's second least populated country and so far away to us, could have brought these two together. But let that be their story, and we are very happy that miracles do happen...
Namibian Boers are really open, cheerful, kind people. It has been a wonderful experience to see how they have embraced the Hungarian culture and the culture of Szeklerland, which is Anna's roots.
The whole wedding was a celebration of joy, spiced with Szekler and Namibian traditions, which made the whole wedding truly unique.
The whole wedding was organised in 4,5 months. This is a very short time to organise a wedding of this scale, but everything can be done if we have the trust of the couple and the family. Fortunately, this was not an issue for Anna & Christian's wedding.

Moni & Yomi (Bambara Hotel), magyar-afrikai esküvő
After two years of waiting, Moni & Yomi's dream to be together in an authentic African environment in Hungary with their 2 little boys, their family and friends, has finally come true. The special African-Hungarian wedding was attended by guests from several countries, including Nigeria, America, Ghana, Russia, Hungary and several countries in Europe.
The wedding took place in a Yoruba ceremony structured according to the original Nigerian traditions, for which we invited African contributors living in Hungary. As far as we know, there has never been a Yoruba wedding in Hungary, so we are very proud to have been part of and organised this amazingly spectacular and fun wedding!
The wedding did not miss the church ceremony, for which the bride was already dressed in a white dress and the ceremony was performed according to Christian traditions.
Special and unique decorations made for the African and church ceremony locations added greatly to the elegance of the wedding. The catering service provided by the Bambara Hotel made the day unforgettable with authentic African and Hungarian dishes, made even more unforgettable with special African music and dance. We stayed under the influence of this wedding for several days. Thank you for letting us be part of it!

Julia & Peter – (Babérliget kúria), Libanoni – magyar esküvő
Born in Lebanon, Julia met her Transylvanian-born fiancé Peter at medical school in Arad. Currently living in Germany, the couple found the perfect wedding venue for them in the beautiful Provence-style Babérliget Mansion in the hills of Somogy, among the hills of Somogy. But they were not the only ones who travelled hundreds, or rather thousands of kilometres, but also a large part of the 120 guests.
A truly colourful, fantastically enthusiastic wedding party was once again assembled, including Hungarian, Romanian, German, UAE, Lebanese, American, Mexican, Russian, Italian, English, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Kenyan, Israeli, Australian and other guests.
At an international wedding it is always important for us to bring different cultures together, to "unite" the wedding party. Two families become one big family, childhood and present friends, colleagues, schoolmates, who did not know each other and live in different parts of the world, should work together as one unit for that one day and celebrate together.
Once again, this has been 100% achieved. Thanks to the very professional and exciting combination of The Perfect Day team.

Melitta & Laci - (Balatonfüred) magyar esküvő sátorban
Melitta & Laci's Big Day had to be moved 2 months before the wedding from a hotel in Budapest to a luxurious venue in the Balaton, Provence area, due to the Covid epidemic, which involved a lot of last minute planning and coordination, but our work was helped by the determination and enthusiasm of the couple and the family.
The beautiful decorations, which matched the clear water marquee, were made even more exciting with special lights that made everyone feel truly enchanted.
The surprise performers of the evening were Majka, Curtis and Nika, who are superstars in Hungary and only perform on special occasions.
It goes without saying how successful and joyful this wedding was. Thank you to the couple for the trust they have placed in us!

Mimi & Csaba (Gresham Palota) elegáns, magyar esküvő
Mimi & Csaba had a very elegant wedding in 2014.
The church wedding began in the Basilica, followed by the civil ceremony, gourmet wedding dinner and after party at one of Budapest's iconic Art Nouveau buildings, the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace.
Pure elegance and luxury is the number one requirement of many of our couples, which we always welcome and strive to provide them with the utmost in every detail, with the utmost discretion.

Tatjana & Ralf (Hertelendy Kastély) svájci-orosz esküvő
The Russian-Swiss couple from Zurich chose the beautiful 5-star Hertelendy Castle in Somogy County as their wedding venue, where they and their guests arrived by a separate plane.
Our event management team organised this incredible and meaningful 3-day event for them, where we booked special performers from Switzerland, Germany and Hungary.
Each day had a different theme, which was carried out on the terrace of the castle and in the venues set up in the garden.
The first day was a day of arrival and relaxation, with a bonfire, home-style hospitality and a barbeque dinner.
The second day was a luxurious wedding day, where three different bands and performers provided the guests with a great atmosphere and we ended the day with fireworks.
The third day was Gatsby themed, with authentic decor, atmosphere, food and drink and of course performers, which made for a truly enchanting evening.

During the three days, guests were treated to a relaxing Ibizan chill by the pool, a hunting trip and a gastronomic experience.
The guests left the wedding with a meaningful and exhilarating experience.

Juci & Bandi (Hemingway étterem) - Zsidó esküvő
It's really close to our hearts when we are asked to organize a Jewish wedding, and this was no different for Juci & Bandi's wedding.
We were excited and enthusiastic to organize this wedding as well.
In this case, the wedding ceremony took place under the indoor hippo, but this did not affect the Jewish tradition of the ceremony. There was a blessing, the reading of the Ketubah, the ring-pulling according to Jewish tradition, the seven blessings (Seva brachot), a rabbinic blessing, a cup-breaking ritual, heder jihud followed by a feast and upbeat music.
We loved every minute of it!

Imola & Tivadar (Sauska - Villány) magyar greenery esküvő
The heroine of the story, Imola, is a lovely and charming bride who lives and works in California with her engineer fiancé.
The hero of the story is Tivadar, a modest and sincere man with a very good sense of humour, who is also building the future and designing self-driving cars with more success than not for a mammoth American company.
How did Imola and Tivadar, or IT as the father of the bride called them, get from the Silicon Valley to the foot of the Kopar hill in Villány?
Very simply: They saw an article on the internet about a wedding and fell in love...
Yes, this is how dreams are born and become reality!
Yes, this is how dreams are born and become reality!
Dreaming of a wedding in the Villány wine region is almost one of the most perfect choices. Everything is there: the beautiful panoramic views, the lush green vineyards, the secluded little wine cellars scattered throughout the countryside, the romantic cellar rows, the excellent wines, the fantastic food and what really captivates you is the tranquillity of the place.
The Szársomlyó mountain is a magnet for visitors, with the most hours of sunshine thanks to its microclimate.
IT decided on the location from a distance of 10.163 km with a very refined intuition and we were thrown into an intense six months of work, the fruit of which was not the copy-paste version of the wedding you saw in the previous article, but was fulfilled on 5 July on the terrace of the Sauska winery in the company of an excellent service team and wedding party, and became an unforgettable memory for all.
It will remain forever in our hearts.
