What Does Wedding
Planning Include?

After the first free consultation, you'll receive a personalized quote tailored to your specific wedding, which may include the following wedding planning services:

  • Unlimited availability via email and phone from the time the contract is signed until the wedding is complete
  • Collaborative brainstorming and development of ideas to create the wedding of your dreams
  • Venue recommendations and venue visits (3 venue visits are free, additional visits are charged by the hour 
  • Recommendations for wedding vendors that match your wedding style, followed by the finalization of The Perfect Day Team
  • Setting up personal meetings with vendors
  • Active participation, negotiation, and consultation on contracts, explaining any potential advantages/disadvantages
  • Developing other details (transportation, transfers, accommodation bookings, other programs, etc.)
  • Script development
  • Budget development and ongoing updates
  • Ongoing wedding planner presence on the wedding day and, if necessary, in the period leading up to it, from setup to breakdown

As an experienced wedding planner, I work with recognized and high-quality vendors, whether it's a wedding photographer, videographer, DJ, band, ceremony officiant, wedding decorator, pastry chef, wedding dress designer, makeup artist, hairstylist, officiant, or wedding catering service, etc.

We recommend vendors who match your wedding vision, style, and personality, and vouch for their work, but the decision ultimately remains yours.

When it comes to choosing the venue, we guide you so we can find the dream location that suits you best. We always find it!

VENUES

I consider it very important to find the perfect venue for each wedding or event. To achieve this, we thoroughly explore all available options in advance. We dedicate time and attention to every detail, since the base of a successful event is the right location.

We know the wedding venues in Hungary and maintain active relationships with travel agencies, which allows us to provide favorable offers for weddings and wedding venues abroad as well.

We have organized numerous weddings on the lakeshore, around Lake Balaton, in the Balaton Uplands (Balaton-Felvidék) and in the wine regions. We love creating something truly special from a completely unique location. We are open to any kind of collaboration, the only limit is imagination! 

We also maintain close connections with hotels in Hungary. According to your needs, we can arrange room reservations, transfer services, and airport pickup.

Based on the collected information, we organize venue inspections, which we can also present online for our clients living abroad.
