Carefree celebration for the couples
is precision for the wedding planner
is precision for the wedding planner
Chasing perfection only brings stress. Couples who want to control every tiny detail often focus on that instead of enjoying the joyful moments of their Big Day.
in the emotions, the tears of joy, the smiles, the hugs, the bonds with family and friends, and the carefree celebration… True perfection lies in the MOMENTS of the wedding.
Sometimes it’s the little mistakes, the unexpected hiccups, or the spontaneous and genuine reactions that make a wedding even more human and even more lovable. Later on, couples will smile when remembering these imperfections, which become part of their most unforgettable memories of the wedding
A sudden storm blowing away the beautiful decoration and washing out the ceremony, road closures, parades, a 15m² billboard unexpectedly placed by the venue on the dinner terrace, or a 4,800-person night race just 200 meters away from the wedding dinner – these were all unexpected situations at my weddings this summer. Each posed a serious challenge for the couples and could have instantly shattered their vision of the “perfect wedding,” but…
…if you have someone to rely on, you can decide that nothing will take away your joy. You can choose to fully enjoy every moment of your Big Day: see the smiles on your guests’ faces, hear their positive feedback, and be carried away by the atmosphere. And then, YOUR WEDDING WILL BE PERFECT!
Just allow your Big Day to truly be about you, to reflect your personalities, and not about fulfilling expectations.
But what about the work of the wedding planner and the wedding vendors?
Is perfection expected from them?
My firm opinion is: YES!
As wedding planners, we must help couples let go of control, trust our expertise, and rely on the professionalism of the wedding team. At the same time, this also requires that we, as wedding vendors, give our very best.At the same time, this also requires that we, as wedding vendors, give our very best.
Of course, we are human too, we can make mistakes, have personal or professional challenges, bad days, or still feel the exhaustion of the previous wedding. But I believe that none of this can affect the work we have committed to.
In this profession, true professionalism means working with maximum attention, dedication, and flexibility , no matter the circumstances. We provide a sense of security, which shows through our work on the day, our experience, composure, problem-solving skills and our communication. When a couple feels safe, they can celebrate freely and joyfully, knowing they are in good hands and that’s how they truly experience their PERFECT DAY.
