- Unlimited availability via email and phone from the time the contract is signed until the wedding is complete

- Venue recommendations and venue visits (3 venue visits are free, additional visits are charged by the hour
- Recommendations for wedding vendors that match your wedding style, followed by the finalization of The Perfect Day Team
- Setting up personal meetings with vendors
- Active participation, negotiation, and consultation on contracts, explaining any potential advantages/disadvantages
- Developing other details (transportation, transfers, accommodation bookings, other programs, etc.)
- Script development
- Budget development and ongoing updates
- Ongoing wedding planner presence on the wedding day and, if necessary, in the period leading up to it, from setup to breakdown

As an experienced wedding planner, I work with recognized and high-quality vendors, whether it's a wedding photographer, videographer, DJ, band, ceremony officiant, wedding decorator, pastry chef, wedding dress designer, makeup artist, hairstylist, officiant, or wedding catering service, etc.
We recommend vendors who match your wedding vision, style, and personality, and vouch for their work, but the decision ultimately remains yours.

I consider it very important to find the perfect venue for each wedding or event. To achieve this, we thoroughly explore all available options in advance. We dedicate time and attention to every detail, since the foundation of a successful event is the right location.
We have already collaborated with numerous venues and continue to work with the tourism sector as well. This allows us to recommend a venue that truly suits every taste and style, according to budget, needs, guest count, location, size, and style.
We also maintain close connections with hotels in Hungary. According to your needs, we can arrange room reservations, transfer services, and airport pickup.
Based on the collected information, we organize venue inspections, which we can also present online for our clients living abroad.
